New casting call out for alien apocalypse film series ‘The 5th Wave

The 5th Wave‘ has a casting call out for background extras between the ages of 30 and 65 to play parents and teachers as well as 18 to 25 year olds to play teens. The scenes will be filming over the weekend in the Atlanta area. Please note that there are 2 casting calls below and they have different specifications and instructions.

The 5th Wave’ is a new alien invasion film series. The first of the films will be hitting theaters in 2016. The movie is based on the Rick Yancey novel about  a post apocalyptic world.  Yancey’s book, ‘The 5th Wave’ spent over 20 weeks on the New York Times best sellers list.

Chloë Grace Moretz (‘Kick Ass‘) will star in the new film as a survivor of an alien invasion. The aliens have attacked 4 times now and the survivors are bracing for the inevitable 5th wave of attacks. Chloe plays Cassie Sullivan, a teen girl who has been separated from her brother and must now find him before its too late. Cassie is joined by a mysterious young man named Evan Walker who is played by Alex Roe . ‘The 5th Wave‘ will also star Liev Schreiber  and Nick Robinson as ‘Zombie’. The film is backed by Sony Pictures and being executive produced by Toby Maguire.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. New faces or repeats are ok, as long as you haven’t been featured
2. The pay rate is $64 for 8 hrs with OT after that, and it is daytime filming in Atlanta (plan on an early start time and working until just after sundown)

(or older, that look young like a high school student ) – ALL ethnicities/races  – for this Sat 11/1 and/or Sun 11/2

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. We need a small group of featured students for BOTH this Saturday 11/1and Sunday 11/2 this weekend to be with our lead actress
2. THIS POST IS SPECIFICALLY FOR PEOPLE WITH ACTING EXPERIENCE, so please list experience and/or please include a RESUME.
4. The pay rate is $100 for 8 hrs with OT after that, and both days are daytime filming in Atlanta (plan on early start times and working until just after sundown)
