The hit FOX sitcom Glee is currently filming new episodes and casting directors for the series, Sande Alessi Casting are seeking a UNION hairdresser to work on the 7th. Yes, you have to be able to actually cut hair and give someone a real haircut in a scene, on set. SAG only!
“Glee” was created by Ian Brennan, Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy. Glee is an hour long musical / sitcom which focuses on the William McKinley High School glee club.
The glee club competes in musical competitions and the show also focuses on the students lives and relationships between the schools staff, teachers and students within the school and the Glee club.
The cast includes:
- Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison)
- Cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch)
- guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays)
- Will’s wife Terri (Jessalyn Gilsig),
- Glee club members: Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Mark Salling, and Jenna Ushkowitz.

Glee is looking for UNION women age 20s-30s with ACTUAL Hair Stylist experience. Must be proficient enough to give a cast member an on camera hair cut. Must be available all day Friday, February 7th.
