Award-winning psychological thriller “im·mu·ni·ty” is seeking non-union Actors for the New York City production.
Male, age 20-30, Female ages 18-38
The play is written and directed by Shari Umansky.
Synopsis: In 1942 in a small interrogation room at Auschwitz, a deadly game is being played out by a by a young SS Officer and his once beloved teacher, a Jew who now finds that her most prized pupil has become her tormentor.
Character Descriptions:
Karl: (Supporting Lead) Male, age 20-30, Caucasian, SS Soldier. German Accent a plus; despises authority and resents those who possess it; administers his sense of justice by breaking the spirit and bodies of prisoners
Chaya: (Supporting Role) Female, age 18-25, Caucasian, attractive, Jewish young woman. Short hair a must. Her head is covered with a cloth.
Sarah: (Supporting Role) Female, age late 20s. Jewish prisoner in Auschwitz.
Freda (Supporting Role) Female, age early 30s. Jewish prisoner in Auschwitz.
