Seeking James Nazzir and Fatima
Actors must be able to speak with African , Middle Eastern and /or French Accent.
Actors will receive stipend, copy of film,and lunch will be provided during rehearsals and shoot dates.
Film Synopsis:
James Nazzir, a family man living in war ridden Mali, Africa, is the victim of horror and disillusion, as he struggles to live with the traumatic things he’s seen and experienced. Sergeant Scott, a soldier for the U.S. Marines, is abducted by Nazzir when, he decides to cross the line between indignant spectator and vigilante. Once their paths cross, their lives will never be the same again.”
Character Breakdowns below:
James Nazzir (lead) :
Main Actor 1 – African /African American/Middle Eastern male, mid 30s to early 40s, strong looking facial features, who can seem tough and a bit out of it at the same time, with a touch of intelligence, and a bit scary looking.
Fatimah (Supporting):
African /African American/Middle Eastern -Female, late 20s to early 30s. Main Actor 1 sister; a mother with high protective instinct towards her daughter. She can seem cold when needed, and mostly very reserved with piercing eyes. Although she’s in her early 30s she looks a little aged beyond her years.
