CASTING CALL:
IMPROVISATIONAL (including some scripted sections) short film!
Casting two lead and one supporting actor for ‘Weathered Hands’ (working title), non-union to be shot in Canmore and IceFields Parkway area – target Film Festivals.

CHALLENGING SHOOT: Must be willing to work in winter conditions and to try ice climbing [gear will be provided].

ACTORS:
PETE: MALE – LEAD mid 20’s, athletic ; beginner level (rock or ice) climbing skills – mandatory.

KIM: FEMALE – LEAD mid to late 20’s, athletic ; beginner level (rock or ice) climbing skills – asset.

MALE– mid to late 30’s, athletic [no climbing exp necessary] Avail: March 13th only.

CREW:
x 1 Sound
x 1 Grip
x 2 Locations

**Will be shooting outdoors in winter conditions.

March 13 – 16, 2014

This film is based on a true story. It is a tight and dynamic shooting schedule which will provide an adventurous challenge and unique experience to say the least! Due to minimal (small) budget it is NON PAY, but accommodations for out-of-town cast &/or crew will be covered, production travel, along with some meals.
