PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Snake Rattle Rattle Snake create music steeped in the darkness, perpetually dodging the sunny sheen of pop tendencies in favor of the shadows. Snake Rattle Rattle Snake is releasing their new album “Totem” on November 14th. We will be producing a music video for their latest single “The Breathe and the Glow”. The music video will be shot over three days in the Bay area. The film will focus on characters whose vision and reality suddenly break down. They will be stalked by the Hypnotist who will try to cure them of their sickness.
We are looking for collaborative, energetic, and passionate people who will help us shape the narrative around the acting skills. We want this to be a collaborative effort. Wether you are actor, dancer, or if you just have a desire to be in a music video, we want to hear from you.
CHARACTERS:
[HYPNOTIST] [GENDER: ANY] [AGE: 35-70]
A character that can hypnotize, terrorize, and haunt the people they encounter. Big presence desired.
[ORI] [GENDER: ANY] [AGE:19-30]
A character whose vision disintegrates and is haunted by past images. Looking for performers of all kinds. Ability to express themselves through movement is desired.

Auditions will be more of a conversation. We will send you link to the song beforehand and we will discuss how you see the project. There will be no need to deliver a monologue or do any cold readings, we just want to talk and see what you would like to bring to the project.
