NBC is planning a live Peter Pan special for the holiday season and the show is holding auditions for dancers in the NYC area.
Following last years success of The Sound of Music Live! NBC has announced that they will be doing Peter Pan Live! this year Allison Williams has been cast as Peter Pan and Christopher Walken will also star as “Hook”.
The special will be a television production of the classic Broadway musical. The show will be executive produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron that will be televised around the holidays. The TV special promises to be a soaring holiday event guaranteed to take viewers on a magical and musical adventure to the land of fairies, pirates and magic.
The special is holding auditions in early September (9/2) for male and female dancers. Dancers must be over the age of 18 and available for filming between October and December in New York City. The show will only be considering local hires.
The NBC Peter Pan Live special will air on Dec. 4.
