New FX Paul Giamatti TV series ‘Hoke” now filming in Miami.
‘Hoke” is a new crime series about the life and misadventures of homicide detective Hoke Moseley. The TV show is also set in the 80’s.
The show is described as a dark comedy/drama based on the Charles Willeford’s novel series, ‘Sideswipe,’ ‘New Hope for the Dead’ and ‘The Way We Die Now.’ Hoke Moseley (Giamatti) is a police detective going through a mid-life crisis while also solving crimes in the Miami area.
Casting directors are still seeking more background extras in Miami for this show including stand-ins for Paul Giomatti (The Amazing Spider-man 2, 12 Years a Slave, Downtown Abbey) and Tammy Blanchard . Please do not submit if you have already applied for the show before or have limited availability.
