New Casting Call on “Sleepy Hollow” New Bern, NC

“Sleepy Hollow” will be filming scenes in the New Bern NC area next month.

The show’s casting directors are seeking folks local to New Bern who would like to be extras on the FOX series. The show is filming a 1700’s flashback scene so all talent cast will also need to be available for a wardrobe fitting prior to the shoot. The scene is looking for adults and children who have a natural look. The scene is scheduled to film on the 12th and is expected to have a very early call time of 5:30 AM. Also, this is expected to be a long day and talent submitting should be available to work 12+ hours.

“Sleepy Hollow” is a supernatural detective series based on “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” by Washington Irving. The show has a a modern day twist in that it is actually set in modern times. Ichabod Crane finds himself resurrected centuries later. The headless horseman follows him into modern day Sleepy Hollow. The horseman quickly returns to his old habits and Ichabod teams up with a female officer to try to get to the bottom of whats going on as well as investigate a string of bizarre murders that Ichabod believes the horseman is behind. The pair must stop the horseman from completing his larger agenda of bringing on the Apocalypse.

CASTING CALL FOR NEW BERN, NC AREA
NEW BERN, NC- We are really only looking to book folks in the New Bern area.

FOX’s hit TV series Sleepy Hollow is looking for Caucasian Men, Women and Children (6-13 yrs old) to work as paid extras for a 1700s flashback scene that will be filmed in the New Bern, NC area on January 12th with fittings to be held in the New Bern area between Friday Jan 9th-Sunday Jan 11th. We ask that you prepare for what could be a 12+hr day of filming on the 12th and could start as early as 530 AM. Pay is a guaranteed $64 total for up to 8 hr and time and a half after 8. You will also receive a $15 bump for coming in for fitting.

Because this is a 1700s flashback scene we are looking Men who would be willing to be clean shaven. We are asking that Women not have facial piercings (or can be easily removed), hair must be a natural looking color, and must have natural finger nails (so no acrylic nails). We only need a small number of Children and we ask that the boys have longer hair and that your child does not wear braces.
