Paul Giamatti is starring in the new TV series “Hoke”. The TV pilot for “Hoke” is now filming in the Miami area and the show’s casting directors are looking for paid background extras who can work next week.
They are seeking lots of extras various types which include people to play beach goers, roller skaters, crime scene techs, coroners, guys with longish hair, guys with sideburns, skinny Hispanics, older people and more.
Paul Giamatti stars as “Hoke”, a middle aged homicide detective going through his own issues and midlife crisis in 1980’s Miami. The show is about the misadventures of Hoke Moseley and is based on the series of novels written by Charles Willeford’s. The series of novels includes ‘Sideswipe,’ ‘New Hope for the Dead’ and ‘The Way We Die Now.’
The show is set in the 80’s, so the shows producers are especially interested in people who can blend into that time frame. Do you have huge sideburns, an awesome mustache, Farrah Fawcett feathers, really big hair, etc.? If you do and live in the Miami area you can apply to be a paid extra on this project.
