Open Auditions for NBA Cheerleaders for the Celtics

By | June 3, 2014

Have you always wanted to be a professional cheerleader to an NBA team?

Here you go because the Boston Celtics will be holding open auditions in Los Angeles, New York and Boston this month for dancers to join the squad.
The auditions are coming and anyone interested in a chance to join the dance / cheer team will be asked to perform some basic combinations including kicks, turns, and leaps.

Dancers will be taught a stylized jazz routine combined with hip hop. All participants who advance will be asked to perform 4-6 eight counts of their own choreography highlighting strengths and specialties. Music will be provided.

If you are ready to make the big time…. come on down for your shot!

The auditions for Celtics dancers will be closed to anyone who is not actively auditioning. People you bring with you who are not looking to join the Celtics cheerleaders will not be allowed inside the venue. Spectators will not be allowed. If you make the initial cut, you must be prepared for call backs and final Auditions will be held on June 29th and 30th.

All finalists must be available both days, no exceptions.
