Resurrection is coming back for season 2 and new episodes are filming now in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
The show’s casting directors at CSC are looking to cast some real families for a scene that will be filming next week on the 10th. They are seeking people with a strong family resemblance. They are specifically looking for moms or dads with their grown children as well as aunts or uncles with their nephews and nieces.
The ABC show is all about the dead coming back to life, however, the dead are not zombies. The show is based on the Jason Mott book called ‘Returned‘. ‘Resurrection‘ stars Omar Epps, Frances Fisher and Matt Craven.
The ABC series is set in a town called Arcadia in Missouri. In Arcadia, Missouri, the unexplained happens, the dead are being resurrected and coming back home. The dead returning are not zombies and the mystery begins. Among the resurrected is Jacob Langston played by Landon Gimenez. Jacob was 8 years old when he drowned in the early 80?s and he comes back, having never aged some 30 years later. The boy is returned to his family but others are being resurrected as well leaving authorities looking for answers.
