Season 2 of ABC’s supernatural drama, “Resurrection” is filming in Georgia
The show’s extras casting directors at CSC have a rush call out for background talent that is available to work in the Stone Mountain area this coming Thursday. The series is looking for Trekkie / Nerdy types – Caucasian men in their 20’s and 30’s, a Caucasian woman in the same age group, an older gentleman, and those with character faces.
The scene is booking extras now, so apply ASAP if interested. Georgia residents only. The show is only interested in people who have never worked on “Resurrection” or “new faces”.
Resurrection is an ABC drama about a small town whose dead may not stay dead. The series began with a boy named Jacob Langston (Landon Gimenez) coming back home. When Jacob was 8, he accidentally drowned. Now, decades later he miraculously returns, unchanged and still being 8 years old. Jason is not alone. Soon, the town finds others have been resurrected as well and local officials are trying to solve the mystery.
The ABC show is based on the book “The Returned” by Jason Mott. “Resurrection” stars Omar Epps, Frances Fisher and Matt Craven.
