Skinny, Unique and Depressing Extras Wanted on “South of Hell” in SC

WEtv show “South of Hell” is filming season 1 in Charleston, South Carolina and the show has a casting call out for some depressing looking extras.

Seems extras casting directors are looking for people who have that… “been waiting in line at the DMV for 5 years” look. Yes, “South of Hell” is seeking extras who can pull off that “I’m in Hell”… hating life type of look. If that’s not you, they are also looking for a few other types. The show is also looking for unique and interesting looking individuals such as people who are extremely thin, extremely tall, extremely overweight, extremely unkempt looking as well as those with lots of very long facial hair and character faces.

The scenes will be filming next week on the 16th through 19th and some talent does not need to be available for all 4 days. Extras casting directors are especially interested in talent that has not yet worked on the show or what they call “new faces”. The scene will be a period piece that will also require talent cast to come in for a fitting before the scheduled filming dates.

“South of Hell” films in the Charleston, SC area, so please only apply if you are local or within a reasonable driving distance since travel expenses will not be covered.

UPDATE: FOR THIS ROLE IT IS A PERIOD PIECE, THINK GREAT DEPRESSION TIMES. ALSO WE WILL BE DOING WARDROBE FITTINGS FOR THIS ROLE AS THE CLOTHES WILL BE PERIOD.. WHEN I SAY THIS IS ONE OF THE COOLEST SCENES OF THE SERIES I AM NOT LYING!

We are looking for people 18 years and older, mostly older people will be selected.
I need many many men and women who have interesting/character looks. Are you extremely overweight, extremely tall and skinny, do you have a crazy long beard, can you look unkept?

VERY INTERESTED IN SUPER SKINNY PEOPLE FOR THIS..
Or if anyone is disfigured or has anything that makes them stand out and special.
People who can act defeated and beat down by life. People who can act/look unhappy, people who have act/look as if they have no more pleasures out of life. People who can act/look like they are one or two steps away from loosing it all..
This scene and the look of this scene is the most important one of the episode.. so if you want to submit please send photos that reflect misfortune in your face and your appearance.. no happy shiny looking people for this part.
