“Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader” is now casting contestants nationwide.

Fox is bringing back the game show “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader“, a show where kids give adults a run on their memory of elementary school lessons.
Luckily you don’t have to be super smart or a trivia whiz for this quiz show. The show puts contestants up against 5th graders and adults must answer questions they learned the answers to when they where in elementary school. So if you still remember your lessons and know who the 7th president of the United States is off the top of your head…. you may be perfect for the show and maybe even able to beat the kiddies. If a player gets stumped they even have the option of asking a real 5th grader for some help.
The game show will be Executive produced by Survivor’s Mark Burnett and will bring back Jeff Foxworthy to host the new season.
In a recent story on People, Mark Burnett commented…
“I have loved this competition from our first show, and the timing couldn’t be better for it to return to Fox, as there is nothing like it on television,” said Burnett. “Kids today are smarter than ever, and the adults who try to take them on will have an even harder task ahead of them.”
Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader is back! If you have a big personality, lots of energy and think you’re smarter than a 5th grader, then we want to meet you! Are you prepared to test your knowledge in subjects such as World History, Science, Math and Literature? Remember, anyone 18 years or older can apply
