Lakeside Community Theatre will be holding auditions for main roles and zombies for their production of  “George A Romero’s Night of the Living Dead

Auditions held on Monday August 24th – Wednesday August 26th – 7:30pm – 9:30pm
With Callbacks on Wednesday August 26th at 8:30pm

The show runs October 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31 at 8pm (there will be no matinee for this show).

Adapted for the stage from the 1968 horror classic.
When the dead rise as flesh-eating zombies, a group of survivors barricade themselves inside a farmhouse to try and hold out to survive, but their own horror inside of the house might destroy them before the horrors from the outside does. …

Ben, 20-40, African-American Male
Barbara, 20 – 30, Female
Harry, 30-50, Male
Helen, 30-50, Female
Tom, 18-20 Male
Judy, 18-20 Female
Johnny, 20 – 30, Male
Karen, 10-15 Female (Must be able to play 10 year old)
Male Survivor – 40-60
Female Survivor – 20 – 30

6-15 Stage Hands/Zombies

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Please prepare for movement exercises.
