Auditions for Speaking Role in “The Neighbor” Movie Filming in Jackson Mississippi

SAG feature film “The Neighbor” still has another speaking role open.

An open casting call for speaking roles in the project was held recently but it seems there is still a small speaking part available. Morgan Casting is seeking a handsome hipster type with full sleeve tattoos. The production is looking for a Caucasian or Hispanic actor in his early 30’s for 1 scene where the actor will have 1 line. This is a paid role in the movie and the actor cast will be paid $504 for the 1 day shoot. While the role is paid, the travel is not and any actors applying must be local to the area or willing to cover their own travel costs to central Mississippi.

The casting directors are willing to consider actors and non-actors for the role as long as you have the look. The movie will be filming through March 2015.

STORY LINE: When Heather Thomas and Shane Riley deliver children in the same hospital, they become fast friends. After an investment goes south, Shane takes drastic action, putting her family and her friendship with Heather in jeopardy. Now struggling to keep herself out jail and her family intact, Shane will say or do anything to get what she wants…
