Casting call for 30 minute film in Atlanta this FRI MAY 9th 5:30-7:30pm
Hunters is an independent film that will begin shooting in JUNE.
We have been developing this script for over a year at American Zoetrope. http://www.zoetrope.com
The script has placed as the top film for the month of April judged by 15 screenwriters at American Zoetrope. We are confident the script is ready to move forward into production.
“Hunters” is about two sisters on a hunting trip in North Georgia stumble upon a dead body. They soon realize, both of their lives are now in danger.
THRILLER/DRAMA
All 5 characters will have speaking lines and will be a great performance piece for all actors involved.
The producers are filmmakers from Los Angeles, New York and Georgia.
Brandon Schinzel (Screenwriter/Director) graduated from USC and was an independent filmmaker in L.A.
Adam Ishmael (Director) graduated from the NY Film Academy and has recently placed a short film in the Toronto film festival.
Brandon Osterman (DP) is a professional cinematographer in Atlanta. He has worked on Hollywood film sets, TV shows, music videos, documentaries and national news production. His reel is available online at: http://wwwbrandonosterman.com
ACTORS NEEDED:
Rebecca: Caucasian white female (30’s) athletic outdoors type. (Lead)
Hilary: Caucasian white female (30’s) athletic outdoors type. (Lead)
Forest Ranger: Caucasian Large male, police officer type. (30’s or 40’s) (Antagonist)
Adam: Caucasian male, good looking, athletic.
Ron: Caucasian male, tough, (30’s)
The shoot will be all outdoors (aerial shots will be done with a drone).
The two woman leads and Forest Ranger must be comfortable in a rugged forest environment.
The entire film will be shot in a forest 30 minutes from Atlantic station.
-The film will be submitted to festival circuits.
-This will be a labor of love with lunch provided.
