Portland Oregon based Survivor fans will get a chance to try out for the show this weekend.
Looks like we will be seeing another Survivor team edition next year as the show is casting teams of 2 who would like to compete on the show for $1,000,000.
The Emmy Award-winning show has a few episodes left in the current season and is already on the hunt for talent to appear in the 2016 season. Casting directors for the show will be at Chinook Winds Casino Resort from 11 am to 5 pm. this coming Sunday. The open call will be hosted by KOIN 6 News. The new season is looking for teams of 2 and you must come to the audition as a team in order to be considered. Producers at the event will be taping the teams and each team will have 1 minute to convince the Survivor casting directors that they are perfect for the show.
Are you mentally and physically tough? Can you OUTWIT, OUTPLAY and OUTLAST anyone at any contest? Then you are a SURVIVOR!
According to the Oregon news site, the process to audition for the show will be as follow:
Teams of two should arrive at the casino shortly before 11 am in order to receive a numbered ticket. Numbers will be randomly selected throughout the day, and will be announced over the casino’s public address system.
Teams whose numbers are called will have one hour to report to the “Survivor” check-in table, where they will receive a full-page audition pass and be directed to the casting area. Ten teams will be randomly drawn to audition, each receiving exactly one minute to perform in front of the camera and proclaim why they should be the next contestants on “Survivor.”
Videos will be compiled and sent to CBS producers, who will review them and contact teams to continue in the process.
Eligibility requirements, along with a Video Release and Waiver form are available online at www.chinookwindscasino.com.
Those attending the casting call should bring a photo of themselves that they are ready to part with. CBS says a photo is not necessary since auditions will be taped, but it is always a good idea to have one on hand for that “just in case” moment. Be sure to bring valid ID and be ready to wait in line for some time.
As always, you must be at least 18 years old to be considered and a legal US resident.

Is survivor still casting right now? I found a form on cbs to sign up and I think if it was over it wouldn’t say that.
They take online submissions all year long I believe.
Thank you for the oportunity please forward upcoming events sincerely Steve Emmert.
Hi, I am a 54 year old female I turn 55 in May. I have a real desire to be on Survivor. It’s kind of like a bucket list thing I guess. I had foot surgery a year ago and I’m ready to do something. I don’t think my husband thinks I can. I am 5’6″, 115 lbs and in pretty good shape. Just wondering if I could be notified when the next auditions will be, I am in NJ about an hour or so from NYC, Thank You, Barbara Raney.
