Dancers for HBO New Series “Vinyl” Produced by Martin Scorsese & Mick Jagger – NY

Martin Scorsese & Mick Jagger HBO series now called “Vinyl” has a call out for funky 70s club dancers.

HBO’s new show, “Vinyl”  is now filming season 1. The show is looking for Hispanic and African American talent that can pull off a Soul Train look for a 70s club scene. Talent cast for the scenes will be playing dancers in a 70s New York City club so hair must be natural. See the picture below for looks.

The Rock & Roll series will be an hour long drama that dives into the 70s music scene in New York City. The show’s pilot was written by Terence Winter  (“Boardwalk Empire“).  The new HBO drama will star Bobby Cannavale as Richie Finestra, president of American Century Records. Ray Romano plays Zak Yankovich, one of Richie’s partners and Olivia Wilde plays Richie’s wife, Devon. Devon is a gorgeous, former model a former. Also cast in the show is Juno Temple as Jamie Vine, an ambitious assistant at the label

HBO Martin Scorsese Mick Jagger Rock and Roll series

Seeking SAG & NONUNION African American and Hispanic Men and Women, 18-20s age range for the Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger produced HBO series “Vinyl” to portray early 1970’s Bronx Dance Club types. Fitting Tues 9/15, or Wed 9/16. Shoot date is 9/18. This will be an overnight shoot.

Must have natural hairstyles, no perms/ relaxers. Afro hairstyles & length on both Men and Women. No extensions. Men- no edges or fades.
There will be atmospheric smoke on set. If you are not comfortable around atmospheric smoke, please note that in your reply. If you are comfortable smoking herbal cigarettes, please note that.
