Extras casting information for Divergent series, “Allegiant“.
Another new casting call for extras has been released for the 3rd film in the “Divergent” series, “Allegiant Part 1“.
The film is shooting in the Atlanta area and is looking for kids, teens and adults to work as paid extras on the set. Casting directors for “Allegiant” are looking for extras, stand-ins and fit doubles. Please see the list of available roles below as well as check the extras casting page for “Allegiant“. The film is in production and will continue filming through the summer months.
The final chapter of the “Divergent” saga, “Allegiant” will be split into 2 parts with “Allegiant Part 1” coming out around late spring 2016 and part 2 following a year later in 2017. The movies are based on the Veronica Roth novels of the same name and follow a teen girl named Beatrice “Tris” Prior in a post apocalyptic Chicago.
The last film “Insurgent” saw a few major changes from the book. In an interview published by Collider, actor Theo James talked about the final chapter in the Divergent story as well as commented about how closely the “Allegiant” movies will stay with the book…..
“Not huge [changes], no. I think they were able to consolidate with the third movie and kind of consolidate all the key elements of the book. I think it’s gonna be pretty similar. I think the luxury of this one is that we have time to tell the book over two movies so I think, if anything, it’ll be the material in the book, but then added as well. There will be more stuff because we have more time to tell the story.”
The Divergent Series: Allegiant – Part 1 is scheduled to hit American movie theaters on March 18, 2016.
