The non-profit advocacy group Be the Voice along with Kysmet Productions LLC team up to present the “Where Are You?” public service video campaign. Here we speak to the spectators, the bystanders, the ones who witness the abuse but do not speak and we ask them “Where are you?”
In this 2.5 minute video campaign, abuse victims confront their bystanders and ask them “where are you?”
