Michigan Shakespeare Festival 2015 Mainstage Season

Location: Detroit, MI and Chicago, IL

The Michigan Shakespeare Festival is holding auditions for 2015 Mainstage Season: A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Henry IV, and Richard Brinsley Sheridan’s The Rivals. The productions rehearse and perform in rotating repertory in Jackson, Michigan and in Canton, Michigan.

Contract dates are from June 2 (move in on June 1) to August 18 (move out on August 19)– 11 weeks.

Chicago: January 21 and 22 at the Chicago Equity Office

We ask actors to prepare two contrasting Shakespeare monologues together totaling no more than 4 minutes.
Please bring two copies of your headshot and resume.

The roles of Henry, Bottom, Hal, Hotspur, Titania, and Puck are already cast.

Michigan Shakespeare Festival 2015
