Open Auditions for models are coming up for the TV series “Empire“
The show and its casting directors are seeking to cast model types for future episodes of “Empire” and holding an open casting call this week in the Chicago area.
This is a call for “model” types only and models must be tall. The show’s casting directors are seeking ladies between the ages of 18 and 32 who are at least 5’9″ or taller for the roles. “Empire” is now filming season 2 which will premiere this month on FOX. The hit show follows the drama in a family run hip hop record label called Empire Entertainment. Entertainment news reports about the show state that FOX ordered 18 episodes for season 2. “Empire” is scheduled to premiere later this month on the 23rd. The show will return to it’s Wednesday night timeslot. “Empire” season 2 is being produced by 20th Century Fox Television, in association with Imagine Entertainment, Lee Daniels Entertainment, Danny Strong Productions and Little Chicken Inc.
The show films in the Chicago area and you must be local to Chicago or its surrounding area in order to be considered.

1) Put MODEL OPEN CALL 9/11 in the subject line
2) Include your name, age, height, weight, phone number, zip code and email address
3) Send a head shot, professional or candid photo in jpeg format –Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses, no hats!. Show us your style but make sure we can see your face! The better the photo, the better your chance of being submitted.
NOTE: NAME YOUR JPEG PHOTO WITH YOUR FULL NAME!
Right click on the photo and it will give you an option to re-name the file, Re-name it with your full name. We need you to start doing this on every submission.
4) If you have previously been on the show, you MUST tell us which role you have played before.
