MTV Show “Finding Carter” Casting Paid Extras + Recurring Roles in ATLANTA

There is a large casting call for quite a few types for MTV’s family drama “Finding Carter“.

The show’s extras casting directors, CL Casting, are filling roles in scenes that will be filming shortly. The show is looking for young adults to fill background roles of a main characters friends as well as a bouncer type for a possibly recurring extra role.

The MTV series is now filming the new season of the show which, according to reports, was renewed for 12 episodes. “Finding Carter” is an unconventional family drama centered around a teen girl who comes to find out that her entire life thus far, has been a lie. Carter finds out that her mother Lori, the only mother she has ever known,  is actually her kidnapper. Lori kidnapped Carter from her biological family when Carter was a toddler.  “Finding Carter” stars “Skins” actress, Kathryn Prescott as Carter, a teen who is now faced with the shocking family secret and put in a position where she must reconnect with her real family that seem like strangers to her. But Lori is not out of the picture just yet. The second season will pick up where season 1 ended… with Carter re-kidnapped by Lori and back in Lori’s car.  The EW site has a nice page with a full recap of season 1.  “Finding Carter” also stars Cynthia Watros (Lost) and Alexis Denisof (Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel) as Carter’s biological parents.
