New Cast Call for “Captain America 3” in Atlanta

Extras wanted for new Captain America movie – background talent with some medical experience.

”Captain America: Civil War” is filming in the Atlanta area and has a current need for extras who have some medical experience such as nurses, doctors, EMT’s medical assistants, technicians, etc. or talent that has experience playing someone in the medical field. The scenes will be filming on the 1st ion the Atlanta area and there will be a fitting in Fayetteville the previous Thursday or Friday. The roles are paid but travel is not. The film’s extras casting directors at Tammy Smith are only considering background actors that are able to work as local hires.

Chris Evans returns in the 3rd installment and will reprise his role as Captain America.  Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie and Frank Grillo also star in the film. “Captain America 3” is inspired by the comic book’s  Civil War story. In Civil War, a difference of opinion between Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Captain America (Chris Evans) begins to tear the team apart and ultimately the group of super heroes will be thrust into an all out battle.

Marvel and Sony recently announced that Sony would be allowing Marvel to use the Spider Man character in the new “Captain America” movie. According to reports, the film will be introducing a new Spider-Man in “Captain America: Civil War”  who will also be the new Spider-Man for the “Spider-Man” movie franchise.   IMDB offers up a short description of the film’s plot –“Following the events of the Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers, causing two factions to side with Iron Man or Captain America, which causes an epic battle between former allies.”

Please note that you must be local to the Atlanta area in order to be considered for the roles.

CASTING FOR MEN and WOMEN , ages 22 to 60, all ethnicities with REAL MEDICAL EXPERIENCE (doctors, nurses, medical technicians, etc…)

1. WORK DATES are: THIS FRI 5/29 – OR- MON 6/1 (to be booked for one or the other) –  start time are from early morning and you must be open the entire day.
2. FITTING- there is a pre-fitting for these people, in Fayetteville – fittings will be this THURS 5/28 (or FRI 5/29 if you are chosen for the Monday scene).
3. The work date(s) will be either in Fayetteville or Atlanta
4. Pay rate will be $100 for 8 hrs with O.T. after that, if you have the medical experience.

REAL EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD is REQUESTED, but you may also submit if you have experience with acting/portraying someone in the medical field for consideration.
