Butchie, a 12 year old boy who comes home to watch his favorite TV show, only to find his older sister Queenie standing in his way. With their parents working late and the house to themselves,
Queenie’s missing ice cream sparks an exhilarating battle between the siblings over who can torture the other into admitting, ‘Who’s the Boss?” A wild and crazy look into sibling rivalry, and the love/hate relationship between brothers and sisters.
