Girl Band Forming In NJ

Hi! My name is Christina and I’m looking to form a girl band. It’s been a dream of mine for two years now and I want to put it into progress. I’m looking for 3-4 girls who can either play an instrument (drums, bass, keyboard, guitar, ukulele, etc.) or who can sing either alternative, indie, pop, pop rock, or alternative pop.
Knowing how to dance would be great, but not required. I like to hope that the X Factor USA will come back one day and make us famous. But for now, once I get a couple members I’m sure I can get the ball rolling for us.
Requirements:
-Must be between the ages of 13-16
-Must be able to get to Cliffside Park, New Jersey weekendly
-Nice Attitude
-Open Minded
-Must be 10000% committed
-Unique Personality (not a must but definitely a want)
