“Zoolander” Sequel Starring Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson and Will Ferrell is Now Casting in New York

Casting Call for Zoolander 2 in NYC.

Zoolander is getting a sequel. The original cast… Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Christine Taylor and Will Ferrell are back for round 2 and this time they will be joined in “Zoolander 2”  by some big names….. Also in the cast are Benedict Cumberbatch, Kristen Wiig, Olivia Munn, Penélope Cruz, Billy Zane, Justin Bieber and Kanye West. Donald Trump seems to be absent from the sequel’s credits… Guess he’s busy these days.

The movie is now filming in the New York City area and has just released a casting call for babies, kids and adults to play fashionistas. GWC of NYC is seeking a variety of talent for the below listed roles. The movie is casting some babies and is in need of some fashionista types for a fashion show scene filming this coming Monday in Brooklyn, NY.

In “Zoolander“,  Ben Stiller plays dimwitted male model Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller). Zoolander gets pushed to the top of the fashion world by a photogenic gaze he calls “Blue Steel.” Zoolander gets crushed when after thinking he has the Male Model of the Year title in the bag, he sees it go to his rival, Hansel (Owen Wilson).  He becomes easy prey for fashion designer Jacobim Mugatu (Will Ferrell), who signs Derek to star in his “Derelicte” fashion show, then brainwashes him to kill Malaysia’s prime minister. In part 2… Derek and Hansel are modelling again when an opposing company attempts to take them out from the business.

“Zoolander 2” is set to hit theaters in early 2016.
