MANIC OPEN CASTING CALL

Manic is a feature length film about depression, anxiety, and the will to survive in a society in which friends are expensive and life is cheap.
Manic will be shot on professional-level equipment and is NOT a student film. This feature film will be submitted to high-ranking film festivals across the country.

CURRENTLY CASTING:

• Nathan (20s): A man struggling to grapple with his emotional demons. Dejected, deflated, disappointed. A heavily challenging role.
• Rachel (20s): The young, chipper intern whose own demons come to light where she least expects it. Intense, extreme, inspired.

You will be provided sides at the audition. No need to prepare a monologue. Please provide a headshot (doesn’t have to be professionally shot- a selfie will do).

You must be willing to commit to long hours throughout the month of July. Film schedule will be provided beginning in mid-May, should you be selected.
