Scared Black

Picnic Basket Productions and SoFresh Media Group are casting for the 2-night, free admission theatrical production of Scared Black, written and to be directed by K. Olivier Honore. This play will explore the themes of American racism and prejudice through the story of a young, successful, well-educated man, who happens to be black. The purpose of this project is to help facilitate real and sincere dialogue to promote better race relations in this country.
– Roles: 25 individuals, 14 African Americans, 11 Caucasians.
