CHICAGO CASTING CALL – PAID VOICE ACTING WORK

Our organization, the Digital Youth Network, is putting together a short audiobook for our Digital Youth Divas program. This audiobook’s goal is to support inner city middle school girls’ involvement in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields. For this audiobook, we’ll need a voice actress who can both narrate the audiobook and portray a number of female characters. The audiobook follows middle school girls and the problems and adventures they face while navigating the world of dance in their school. There are six main characters, mostly middle school aged girls of varied ethnicities, and a female teacher between the age of 30-60. Recording will take place over the course of 2-3 days in late February and early March.
If you are a voice actress with a dynamic voice and are confident in your ability to portray multiple characters, please contact us!
