VINCENT van GOGH – (30’s to 40’s) (lead)
This is a “magical realism” story, so this Vincent may not be the on?e? you’ve heard about. A passionate soul?,? trying to keep madness at bay by putting painting and his former life behind.
Redhead or blonde, resemblance to ?van Gogh a huge plus. Must be able to speak? with?/learn a Dutch accent.
GIANCARLO MORETTI – (30’s to 50’s) (supporting)
Italian dockworker, friend to van Gogh.
A kind and jovial man.
Broad-shouldered?, dark?.
VIDAL ROLLAND – (40’s to 60’s) (supporting)
A French dockworker with a secret.
Sensitive and withdrawn.
AUDITIONS will be held at Son of Semele Theatre,
3301 Beverly Blvd., LA 90004 —
Tuesday (Apr 19) 7-9 pm,
Saturday (Apr 23) 2-4 pm,
Tuesday (Apr 26) 7-9 pm.

REHEARSALS will be held at least 3 times/ week between Apr 27 and May 27.
Tech Rehearsal is planned for May 28, and there will be full runs during the next week.
Dress Rehearsal is planned for June 3, with a Press Preview on June 4 and Opening Night on June 9. There will be 8 performances, at various times, through June 26.
