WE ARE LOOKING FOR REAL FOOTBALL FANS IN MISSOURI, TEXAS, AND FLORIDA!
Please only submit to this if you live in these three areas. We are most interested in the “a-typical” football fans (Professors, DJ, Chefs, Artists, Singers are a few examples but open to others!). Due to alcohol advertising regulations, you must be 26 and over. Very inclusive brand, open to all ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation/identities. We would love to consider any same-sex couples!

Due to advertising regulations, all talent must 26 and over
OC Principals:
Session fee: $750 USD payment per 12- hour workday
Buyout fee for terms below: $1, 500 USD payment. Buyout will only be paid if performer ( a) remains in the final aired spot ( b) in the foreground ( c) recognizable for one or more seconds. If not eligible for buyout in commercials, other materials may still be used.
Fitting fee: $25 payment for 2- hour fitting tentatively scheduled for day prior, if needed
Overtime: Hours worked beyond first 12 hours will be paid at time and a half: $93. 75 per hour
Agent fee: +10% if applicable
MATERIALS: Advertising materials, included but not limited to 6 x : 15 & 12 x : 05 commercials, BTS, social stills, and any edits, lifts, versions thereof.
USAGE MEDIUMS: Internet, still images captured by film or photography, new media, PR ( publicity purposes i. e. reward shows/ agency website and social media postings of the materials for the term)
TERRITORIES: United States, territories and possessions ( expanded to the world for internet)
TERM: One ( 1) year from first air date
PRODUCT CATEGORY CONFLICTS/ EXCLUSIVITY: Alcoholic Beverages
PRODUCT CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY TERM: One ( 1) year from first air date

OPTIONS: Agency/ Client has the right to exercise a 2nd year consecutive term, compensating On- Camera Principals at the same Use Fee, Usage Mediums and Territories as outlined above for the Initial term. ( Other options could include term, territory, or media) It is understood and agreed to that a foreign version of a given TV commercial does not constitute a new commercial whereby additional compensation is due. A foreign version is the same commercial in terms of footage, merely changed due to announcer copy translation and/ or an end tag change.
Shoot area is TBD – May shoot in markets listed or talent may be traveled
