Upcoming heist film “Finding Steve McQueen” is now casting in Atlanta
The crime drama stars Travis Fimmel who plays Ragnar on the popular History Channel series “Vikings.” Finnel also recently starred in the “Warcraft” movie. Forest Whitaker, William Ficher and Kate Bosworth also have major roles in the film. “Finding Steve McQueen” is described as a heist film and according to IMDB, is based on the true story of the biggest bank heist in U.S. history. Set in 1972, “Finding Steve McQueen” re-visits the 1972 events where a group of criminals from Youngstown, Ohio, tried to steal $30 million from a secret fund that was linked to President Nixon. The fund was said to be comprised of illegal contributions and money generated through blackmail. Also cast in “Finding Steve Mcqueen” are Rachael Taylor, Lily Rabe, William Fichtner, Forest Whitaker, Jake Weary, Rhys Coiro, John Finn and Louis Lombardi.
“Finding Steve McQueen” is being directed by Mark Steven Johnson from a screenplay by Keith Sharon and Ken Hixon. Mikael Wiren is named as the executive producer on the project with Ambi Group, Paradox Studios and Identity Films producing.
“Finding Steve McQueen” began filming in and around the Atlanta area last month and is currently seeking area locals who would like to work as paid movie extras on the project. Central Casting in Georgia is currently casting for extras. Please note that you must live in the Atlanta area in order to be considered.

-Waitress: Looking for 2 women who appear to be 30’s-50’s, any ethnicity, to portray waitresses at a 1980s diner. No larger than size 8. Hair must be natural color, no highlights, no tattoos.
