This is a music video for an up-and-coming punk band based out of Washington DC.

The concept:
A child bursts into a room and makes a dramatic fall to their death at the feet of an adult whose head is wrapped in newspaper. Moments later the child opens their eyes; they were only faking in an attempt to get the adult to pay attention to them. The child dances around the adult and touches all their trinkets. They grow more frustrated and annoyed until eventually, they leave and enter another dimension lined with newspapers in which the same adult can be found in a dance of chaos. The child, at first apprehensive, joins in with the adult and takes it to a more intense level of chaotic movement.
Eventually what they do in this dimension begins to effect the dimension from where they came.

The role of the child:
Because this is a music video and requires no speaking, the child must be expressive with their face and movements. They are annoyed and angry with the adult for not feeling as passionate about the world as they do.
