Pittsburgh’s Mosser Casting will be holding auditions next week to fill a family role in an upcoming skin care commercial.
The project’s casting director is seeking to cast a REAL family. By REAL, they mean that the talent are actually a family unit. They will not be considering individual talent, not related. Nancy Mosser is looking for a family of 4 which includes a mother, father, a baby between 6 and 18 months old and a child 4 to 8 years old.
Auditions will be by appointment only in the Pittsburgh area. In order to be considered for an in person audition, families must first email their photos, descriptions and contact information via email. Only those selected from initial email submissions will be contacted with the date, time and location of the in person audition.
The commercial will film in the Indiana, PA area on Monday, July 18th and the family cast for the spot will be paid $4800 for the family of 4.

We are working on a web spot for a skin care product line that features different creams and sprays for cuts, bruises, diaper rash, etc. and we need to find a real family! No acting experience necessary but should be comfortable in front of the camera. Will shoot in the Indiana, PA area on Monday, July 18th. (Must be available all day that day and have transportation to set)
Pay is $4800 for a family of 4. Any ethnicity. Darker hair colors preferred.
Roles:
-Mom and Dad in their 30s/early 40s.
-Male or Female Infant ages 6-18 months.
-Male or Female Child ages 4-8 years old (Must be able to take direction)
We can’t have anyone auditioning alone. You must be a part of a family of 4 in order to audition. Families can be composed of any member of your family even if they are brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. We just need to have a group that matches the above age descriptions and are comfortable with each other so that that bond is visible.
Please send a picture of all 4 family members to mossercasting.talent@gmail.com ASAP. PUT “FAMILY” IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN SUBMITTING. Pictures can be a family photo or individual pictures. If you have multiple kids who fit the age descriptions, please include all of them. We will need the NAME, AGE, LOCATION AND PHONE NUMBER OF ALL FAMILY MEMBERS.
We will notify you if the client wants you to audition. Auditions would be this coming Tuesday, July 12th. If your family is not available to audition that day, please don’t submit as this is the only audition day.
