Join Disney’s at sea show cast
An open audition is being held in New York city in just a few days for singers and dancers who would like to tryout for one of Disney’s live stage shows that will be performed at sea on a Disney Cruise Line ship.
Casting directors for Disney will be holding open auditions at Pearl Studios in NYC. The show is looking to cast a variety of roles. Please see below for open call details.

Disney Parks Talent Casting is currently auditioning for the upcoming casting cycle on-board the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder cruise ships. We hire a repertory company to perform full scale musical theatre shows including our newest Mainstage production of Frozen A Musical Spectacular. Original direction by Sheryl Kaller (Mothers and Sons, Next Fall) and choreography by Joshua Prince (Beautiful, Shrek)

Some roles require strong vocal ability; others require strong tumbling passes or a great male physique. All Ethnicities. Thrust into the spotlight to host the show, she discovers her innermost potential. Very strong comedic actress and vocalist. * Also to portray various roles within the repertory.
BULDA / CIRCLE OF LIFE VOCALIST: Motherly and sassy troll.. Must have a bright and powerful gospel belt. Also sings Circle of Life in an alternate production. A confident mover. All Ethnicities.
FAIRY GODMOTHER: Female, 30s and above, 5’6’’ and below. Experienced comedic character actress who sings well, can play bubbly and absent-minded with ease. Musical theatre soprano.

Manipulates puppets that are child size versions of herself. Must have excellent acting skills, and must show a natural, yet awkward, comedic charm. Vocal Range: Skilled Soprano; mix/belt.
ELSA:Princess who becomes Queen; fearfully plagued by powers she hasn’t yet learned to control; lives a life of isolation separated from society and those she loves, including her sister. Her isolation becomes her freedom. At times manipulates puppets that are child size versions of herself. Physically trim. Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano; floaty mix/ powerful belt.
RAPUNZEL/CINDERELLA: Principal Actor. Female, early 20s, 5’5” and under, very trim, strong actor, strong singer, mix belt to F. Beautiful and bold, spirited, smart and adventurous. Actress should have a genuine innocence and inner strength. * Also to portray various roles within the repertory.
