Have a cute baby that needs to be featured in a Diaper campaign?
If you live in the Los Angeles area and have a baby, newborn to 5 years of age… here is a chance. Dame Casting of L.A. is holding baby auditions. The diaper promo / commercial is seeking babies of different ethnicities and you can see the details below. These are the final days of baby casting. Submissions for the baby models will only be accepted through tomorrow. The spot does require in person auditions and auditions for the babies will be by appointment only. The casting does have height and weight requirements and is only looking for children that specifically fit those requirements.
Diaper Company is casting newborns to 5 yr olds for a new campaign.
Note: children will be cast based on weight. Pls include weight info with ALL submissions.
Babies of all ethnicities being cast: with emphasis on Af-Am, Hispanic/Latin, E. Indian, Asian, Mixed Race and Caucasian babies. $125/ hrly rate + agency 20% (2 hr MINIMUM)
AND usages/exclusivity bonuses will also be paid for the final talent selected.

ALL DIRECTIONS must be FOLLOWED to be considered:
– SoCal based talent ONLY
– Pls put: “Diaper Campaign 7.16” in the email subject line
– send several CURRENT (and small jpegs pls) photos (cell phone images are fine, as long as they’re clear) of the baby
– pls include baby name, gender, birthdate, ht and wt
– contact info for the talent or mother.
Here are the PRECISE sizes that we are casting.
We are casting babies of ALL ethnicities and both genders.
However- not all ethnicities are required for all sizes.
If your baby is not within this range, we don’t want to waste anyone’s time by having them come to the casting if a role does not exist for them.
Current and accurate weights are essential. We will be weighing and measuring all children requested for the casting 🙂
Here are the categories:
MIXED RACED: 8- 37 lbs
CAUCASIAN: 8- 37 lbs
E. INDIAN : newborn- 31 lb
AF-AM: 8-37lb
HISPANIC/LATIN 13 lb- 40
If your baby is not within this range, then the role does not exist.
You MUST (that means MUST!) be a SoCal resident to be considered.
And here’s why:
We have to MEET all possible talent @ a casting session to take SPECIFIC (current, certain poses and angles) photos and video and we also need to make notes on how the kids are around strangers, bright lights and commotion.
Even if someone is willing to come and work as a local (translation: on your own dime/ no travel expenses are being offered) the project would require 2 trips- the casting session AND the shoot.
Also- we don’t like to hire non-locals because of any last minute production changes. If they decided to move or switch a shoot day; non-local talent generally aren’t as flexible. Out of town talent could require travel changes and that isn’t always possible. So it is required you LIVE in So Cal. NorCal (SF or Sacramento- could be considered)
This casting is BY REQUEST only. It is not an “open call”. This means, you must be invited to attend. An Open call means ANYONE would be considered.
Dame Casting/ Porkchop Productions do not do open calls.
The casting process will consist of you being notified that your child is being considered as a candidate. We will invite you on a specific day with an appointment time.
