Musical Theatre Competition with $10,000 grand prize

Talented young performers, ages 18 – 25, are invited to enter the National Society of Arts and Letters (NSAL)’s Musical Theatre Competition for a chance to win $10,000.
Contestants first compete at the chapter level. The Florida East Coast Chapter serves the east coast of Florida from Jacksonville to the Florida Keys. If you live outside this area, please visit www.arts-nsal.org to find your local chapter.
NSAL-Florida East Coast Chapter awards first place, $2,000; second place, $1,000; and third place, $750.
The local first place winner will also receive an all-expenses paid trip to compete in the National Competition for the $10,000 first prize against contestants from across the U.S. during the NSAL Annual Meeting on May 17 – 22 in Phoenix, AZ.
Deadline for entry with the Florida East Coast Chapter is February 22 and the competition will be held on March 5 at 9 a.m. at Lynn University’s Amarick-Goldstein Concert Hall, 3601 N. Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The public is invited to watch.
NSAL offers financial support to young people at the beginning of their performing arts career and has been instrumental in propelling the careers of many successful artists.
