When his girlfriend dies during childbirth, a young Hawaiian man who struggles to connect with others is forced to complete an ancient Hawaiian ritual with the girl’s unforgiving father.
We are looking for 3 local, Pacific Islander Actors:
One mixed Hawaiian teenage boy 18-22 years old.
One Local Hawaiian Man 40-60 years old.
One local Hawaiian girl 18-22 years old.
Shooting will take place between August 1st-14th on both Oahu and the Big Island. Rehearsal dates TBD.
Please note this is an unpaid film but all meals, travel, and outer-island expenses will be covered. Film credit and a copy of the final cut will be provided.
