Immersive Escape Productions, LLC is seeking non-union performers for a new immersive escape room in the heart of Korea town. From acclaimed immersive theater director Michael Counts, who has been called a “mad genius” by the New York Times, and the team behind the “The Walking Dead Experience”, this production will be a unique combination of an immersive experience and the emerging “escape room” entertainment format.
Seeking:
Korean Female, 21+
Must speak fluent English
Performers will be an integral part of the mechanism of the game, following a specific script while monitoring audience member’s progress, interacting when the story permits as they move from one immersive environment to the next. Improvisational skills a plus, experience with immersive entertainment is not required but encouraged. All performers will be responsible for some cueing and resetting of props.
Open-ended run. Compensation competitive.
Rehearsals: 6/6-6/11
Tech: 6/12 – 6/14
