Director for street cast

The Oxford Renaissance Festival is seeking a Cast Director for our fourth festival year. Festival dates are June 25 – 26th, in Dorchester, Ontario, and responsibilities include working with the Artistic Director to develop our new “house cast”. Expectation is a passing familiarity with Renaissance Festival or similar. Cast will be performing mostly “street” improvisational character based acting, with an opportunity to follow a story line. Seeking someone with the ability to organize, train, and direct a cast of at least 12 individuals (yet to be auditioned) to interact in character with the public.
