Mayor Erin E. Stewart, Commission Chairman Patrick Dorsey announced today that the Recreation Division is currently seeking actors/actresses for this year’s Timeless Tales of Fairview Cemetery which will take place on Thursday, October 20th and Friday, October 21st (October 22nd rain date).
Timeless Tales of Fairview Cemetery, now in its eighth year, is a guided tour throughout the cemetery and highlights the lives of some of New Britain’s most notable former residents. Actors, both professional and novice, are sought out to portray these individuals.
Interested parties should call the Parks and Recreation office at 860-826-3360 during office hours of Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm to schedule an audition time. Actors must be available from 5:00-10:00p.m. during the dates of October 19-22, 2016 for the dress rehearsal, performances, and rain date.
