If you’re a skilled frontiersman that would love a chance to navigate the most treacherous stretch of the historic Oregon Trail, the same way your historical heroes did!
A major cable network is looking for groups of 2-3 to navigate the unforgiving wilderness and face the same obstacles that faced history’s greatest survivalists. You’ll push across the Continental Divide to follow in the footsteps of the frontiersmen that came before you, employing your primitive skills to secure shelter & food, all while navigating raging rivers, dangerous wildlife, and freezing temperatures. It will be a test of skills that will reveal the enduring power of the pioneer spirit.
Imagine yourself an emigrant headed for Oregon: would promises of lush farmlands and a new beginning lure you to leave home and walk for weeks?
More than 2,000 miles of trail ruts and traces can still be seen along the Oregon National Historic Trail in six states-reminders of the sacrifices, struggles, and triumphs of early American settlers.
