TrailHeads, Short Form Comedic Content for the internet (4-5 minutes per video | 2 videos total)
Trailheads is a series that reduces the barrier to entry for beginners by delivering Expert Advice content (view Expert Advice Video HERE ) in an accessible, educational, and entertaining form. The casted group of beginners will provide real time commentary and entertainment value as they are attempting to learn a specific activity and/or skill. Each episode will feature a new activity and/or skill that will be taught by a professional to the Host and the Participant. The series will be mainly for entertainment purposes, no athletic ability required.
Auditions:
November 21st 2016 | 10 AM – 5 PM
(Please note all auditions will be given a specific time within this window)
Shooting Starts: December 15th, 2016
Shooting Ends: December 22nd, 2016
(Please note we will be shooting for a total of 4 days. 2 shoot days per episode. The Host will need to be available for all 4 days, the Participant will only need to be available for 2 days. This window of extended time is to have an alternate shoot day in case the weather is bad)

Note: There will be docu-style interviews
Roles:
*Host – This character will be the main narrator of the series and will appear in every episode. They will provide comedic commentary but naturally play off the Participant who will also be adding comedic dialogue. The host is slightly uncomfortable with the activity at hand but down to try something new and hopefully learn a new skill while having fun.
*Participant – This character is secondary and will change every episode. The participant has an active role in each episode and has been brought into the equation by the host who is introducing them to a new adventure, (i.e. winter camping, skiing, climbing, etc) This character will also serve as the secondary narrator and infuse comedy at natural moments. The participant isn’t familiar with the activity and/or skill but is willing/open to trying new things while having a laugh.
