A Capella Group seeking Beatboxers/Male Singers

Seeking talented singers and vocal percussionists to join an established NYC-based contemporary co-ed a cappella group, Crosstown Vocal. Music director states: “Over the past two years, we’ve been featured at the NY Public Library’s Holiday Gala, performed live on WNYC at Lincoln Center, sang the National Anthem for the Mets at Citi Field, and competed in the Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella Festival. We perform with other local groups at venues around the city, most recently selling out a show at the Duplex in the West Village.
This group has a strong foundation and a lot of talent, and we are looking for a few more members to round out the roster. We are especially seeking dedicated vocal percussionists but are also hoping to add a few singing members to the mix. We are looking for musicians who are willing and able to commit to a regular practice schedule, who can learn fast, and who like to have fun.”
