I’m casting for a Spanish speaking role. Shooting is scheduled for one day in September. The character calls for someone who can convey innocence and fear through expression and dialogue.
The role is paid and I do cover travel expenses and food for the entire day, plus credit and a copy for your demo reel. This is a very visual story so the Cinematography will be filmed with the RED Digital Cinema camera.
The story summary:
The night of Dia de los Muertos, the LA community gathers to remember those who have passed on to the other side and to celebrate their lives. Only one soul is not remembered or celebrated. ORQUIDEA, a run away girl who was secretly murdered, awakes in the spirit world. Her surroundings are similar to her childhood home, however a chilling voice from the outdoors beckons her to go outside. Orquidea secures herself in her home from the Lord of Night. The Underworld God reasons with Orquidea and promises her that he will not enter the home, but the real danger is already lurking inside.
