Casting call for “Spider-Man: Homecoming” – Paid movie extras.
The newest Spider-Man movie, “Spider-Man: Homecoming, ” is now filming in the Atlanta area and the movie’s casting directors at Tammy Smith Casting have a casting call out for extras who are available to work as paid background extras in upcoming shoots.
All roles are paid an extras rate which is $68 for an 8 hour day. If filming goes over 8 hours, overtime will kick in for any additional hours. The film is also hoping to cast some talent whose cars may be used on set. Extras whose cars are used in the Spider-Man movie will get an additional payment for the car usage. Please note that talent applying for the roles must be local to the Atlanta area in order to be considered.
Sony is re-booting the “Spider-Man” franchise… again, and this time Sony Pictures Entertainment struck a partnership with Marvel Studios that would allow both film companies to share the Spider-Man character. The new Spider-Man was introduced in the last Marvel Captain America film where Tom Holland had been cast to take the lead role in the new series of Spidey films. Tom Holland will reprise his role as Peter Parker / Spider-Man. Robert Downey Jr is cast to reprise his role as Iron man as well. Marisa Tomei will be playing Aunt May. Also cast in the new film are Michael Keaton and Zendaya. Keaton will be playing Vulture and the movie’s IMDB page credits report that Zendaya will play a character named Michelle.
