If you live in ATL and looking to get cast in a small role on one of Tyler Perry’s shows, you’re in luck because new episodes of his prime time soaps are now filming in Atlanta.
New seasons of Tyler Perry’s “The Have and Have Nots” and “If Loving You ids Wrong” are filming around the Atlanta area and there is a casting call out for paid extras who would like to be cast in small, non-speaking, roles.
Atlanta area casting directors at Marinella Hume are looking for a few men to play FBI agents in a scene filming tomorrow as well as a variety of types for a scene filming this coming Monday. The shows film in the Atlanta area and extras applying for the roles must be local in order to be considered.
Tyler Perry is the creator, producer and director of both shows. Tyler Perry’s “If Loving You is Wrong” premiered in 2014 and airs on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). The series is a Soap opera that focuses on couple in a middle class community. Tyler Perry’s “The Have and Have Nots” is another OWN soap opera. That show focuses on the wealthy Cryer family, a privileged family whose secrets and dysfunction threaten to completely ruin them.
These are paid roles and those cast as extras on the show can expect to make around minimum wage on an hourly basis.
